We are looking to adopt Stape however the WordPress plugin seems Last Updated: 7 months ago / Compatible up to: 5.7.5 whilst the setup screenshot placement type says it will soon add new Server side events.
Wondering whether this is still functional / compatible with 5.9 and whether any updates are coming soon?

We don’t have plans to update the plugin soon as a common way, for now, is to use Server GTM with Web GTM.
This plugin works fine with WP 5.9 and can be used for embedding WEB GTM or only in the server-side mode for page_view and purchase events of woo-commerce.
We updated our plugin to support WP 5.9 and added custom loader functionality
