Webpage Unknown problem in google ads

Hi,
I’m facing this issue in my google ads account. It’s recording conversions but some webpages is showing “Web page unknown” problem. Normally it shows thank you page or confirmation page. But some pages showing this error.

Has anyone encountered this issue. How did you solve it? I would really appreciate if someone share how to solve this.

Usually this is on all accounts I’ve seen, but it shows up for a small number of conversions.

If you have it on all/many conversions - first of all you should check if you are overwriting parameters related to the page url, it definitely has something to do with that. Or it’s just a glitch on the Google ADS side.
