A while back we had an employee sign up and set up the A&C Meta Gateway but she no longer works for us. We were able to get her on the phone and she was helpful but she wasn’t able to get access either. When we speak to Stape support they tell us we need to contact Meta to change access to a new email. The problem is Meta doesn’t have support 99.999% of the time. Does anyone know how we can access all of our old data?
Data is not stored in Gateway, it is immediately transferred to Meta events manager. Therefore, you can simply disconnect the old Gateway and create a new one. You will not lose any data from it.
