Sometimes (even often) user.data comes from webhooks with wrong values - email without lowercase or tehelphone without +prefix. Ther’s no easy way to clean it up as in client side. Meybe ther’s some chance to make sGTM variable template?

We recommend that you familiarise yourself with the User Data Extractor variable.
It allows you to extract specific pieces of personal user information from incoming events on a server-side tag, such as email addresses, phone numbers, names, or addresses.
You can also use the Phone Number Formatter variable.
This allows you to format phone numbers into a standardised format, such as E.164. However, this option is only available for European countries.
