Unable to add a new site in Facebook Meta business suite to get Pixel

Helllo there,
Please help me if anyone knew about any solution related to this nasty issue.
When I click Connect Data, select Web, and then click Next, the modal closes and does not reopen or show any response. This behavior is very frustrating.

However, if I select App, the modal remains open and works as expected.

Note: I do not have any ad-blocker extensions enabled. I’ve cleared the browser cache multiple times and tested this in two different browsers (Chrome and Edge), but the issue persists.

@Naser_Aslam can’t imagine anyone has a step-by-step solution.

This kind of thing happens with Meta interfaces, nothing I can recommend beyond the usual try it from a different browser, wait a bit etc.

The issue has been resolved. I selected the user from top right corner and it was showing no user under Business Portfolio. I create a new user with same name, same email address as used in Facebook account creation. Selected that newly created user and try to create a new app under Connect to Data. It was created this time, showed next steps and tracking pixel as well. So, overall it was permission related issue.
