Trigger for Remarketing Tag at Server-side

I was reading this article

I can’t seem to find the answer to configuring the right trigger for the GAds Remarketing Tag.

If I’m not wrong, it should be when Client Name equals to GA4? Or should we trigger it at All Pages like the Conversion Linker Tag.

Google Ads server-side tag works only based on GA4 requests. The correct tag for ss Google Ads remarketing is Client Name equals to GA4.

So ss Conversion Linker is triggered on all pages views and ss GAds Remarketing is triggered on Events from Client Name equals “GA4”. Correct?
