Subdomain gets blocked

I have a problem where the Subdomain gets blocked in Shopify, with or without acitve cookie Tool:

Any tipps on resolving this?

Blocking isn’t the problem here. Is it likely that you specified the GTM id of the server container in custom loader and not the web container?

We changed the GTM ID to the web ID, also in the Custom Loader in STape.
But still we get the 403 error:

Is it due to the use of […LOAD.sst…] maybe?

Stape support will definitely be able to help you with this domain problem quickly: https://help.stape.io/hc/en-us
I think the problem is with the CDN and if you try to remove load from the url - everything will work.

There is no such thing as Stape does not set any cookies. Cookies only set the tags of the platforms you use in your GTM/sGTM. As far as I know from starting to use server side there is no need to make any changes to the legal documents as the technology just changes. But it is better to clarify this with a lawyer/DPO.

The problem is not the load, you seem to still have your server container ID specified?

You don’t need to specify the ID of the server container, you need to specify the ID of the web container because that is what is loaded on the site.

We did change the GTM ID to the web ID, but somehow I still cant see anything in the web gtm preview…

I don’t see any problem, it is now visible in the network that your container is successfully loaded using custom loader:

You need to open network tab and reload page to see all network requests during page load
