Stape Data Client not claiming /webhook path — Client shows "Other"

Hi,

our Stape Data Client (priority 10, accepted path /webhook) is not claiming incoming POST requests from Shopify webhooks. In the logs, Client always shows as “Other”.

  • Accepted Paths: /webhook and /data configured

Any idea why the Data Client is not claiming these requests?

hey @aptcon_ads does Data Client not claim requests inside GTM, or do you refer to your webhooks not being shown being under the DC logs?

If it’s the latter - the answer is simple, we only aggregate /data for Data Client logs, because we can’t account for all custom paths that users will come up with, hence it is under “Other”
