Same Origin - Page Not Found

Hi,

I set up server-side tracking with same origin path, and I got status “ok” on /healthy/ check. I was also able to preview the server container, but then out of the blue it stopped working and now I get “Page Not Found” Error.

I don’t know what happened. All I did was cleaning some of the gtag tracking codes from a website, removine GA4 integrations, etc. I didn’t change anything in CloudFlare or in taggin URL settings.

I went through this article multiple times and checked my configuration and I can’t find anything wrong:https://help.stape.io/hc/en-us/articles/21396416759837-How-to-configure-the-same-origin-custom-domain-in-sGTM-Cloudflare-nginx

Here are some screenshots:

  2. Worker Route

  3. Rules

  4. SGTM container settings

  5. GTM scipts on the website:

  6. server_container_url is set to https://hoaloanservices.com/myw

  7. Error page

What am I missing? Thanks for the help!

Hi.

Can I ask you where the myw parameter comes from?

If you delete it everything starts correctly.

If it is a parameter that you do not need, delete it in this way when you go to create the anonymized version on Stape instead of myw it will have /anonymize and you should not have problems.

myw is just a subfolder name I used to setup tracking thorugh same-origin. I’m not sure if I understand where you deleted it?

Looks like everything’s working fine already?
Can you share what you found the problem with?

Yes, thank you. It looks like it was my browser caching or something on my nd, because on mobile it worked. Sorry for the false alarm,
