Salla + Stape: App only or Cloudflare same-origin

Hi everyone,

I’m working with a Salla store and I want to choose the best approach for server-side tracking.

From your experience, which option is recommended for Salla:

:one: Using the official Stape app for Salla only (no Cloudflare, no same-origin setup),
or

:two: Using Cloudflare same-origin setup on the main domain after connecting it with Stape?

My main goals are:

Stable GA4 tracking

Meta / TikTok CAPI reliability

Minimal maintenance and debugging

I’m not looking for very advanced use cases unless there is a clear advantage for Salla stores.

Would appreciate hearing best practices or real production experiences. Thanks!

The best practice for the Salla platform is to use sGTM container + Custom loader + Salla App + first-party domain. This will be the fastest and easiest method of configuration.
