Prestashop, same parameter for checkout and purchase events?

Hello

I wonder is there any paramater i can stick checkout cookies into purchase webhook.
In shopify we have cart_id. How to deal it on presta? custom with user email? :slight_smile:
Someone alredy solved that ?

Please note, as highlighted in our documentation, a limitation of using webhooks on PrestaShop is that they do not include any cookie data, which is essential for tracking on any platform, as PrestaShop doesn’t expose a reliable way to pass it through. Therefore, relying on webhook events should only be considered as a last resort.

Currently, the recommended approach is to track purchases online via the module’s dataLayer events (e.g., purchase_stape) and send them through Web GTM > sGTM. The purchase_stape payload already includes transaction_id (order ID) and user data (including customer_id and email when available), which can be used for matching where supported.

On our side, we continuously monitor PrestaShop’s platform capabilities, documentation, and updates, and we’re always exploring options to improve the user experience wherever the platform allows it. Thank you for understanding!

Thanks you for response.
Well i wanted to get cookie data from checkout, save it stape_store, then add to webhook via SGTM. But still ther’s no any paramater that’s could be same for view_cart/checkout and webhook.
