Prestashop AddOn and Custom Loader

HI,

I configured STAPE with with Custom Domain in a Prestashop site with an AddOn (not STAPE AddOn).

The addon allows me to enter the URL of the gtm.js library
(example https://servertracking.mysite.com/gtm.js).

I would like to activate the “Custom Loader” functionality but I don’t have the possibility to overwrite the entire GTM custom tag-script.

Can just entering the URL of the custom library still work?
(example https://servertracking.mysite.com/65fdfs.js)

Unfortunately, no. The custom loader can work correctly in two variations:
a) via Stape plugin
b) embedded directly into the site code (you can generate it by selecting ‘other’ platform in custom loader power-up).

Otherwise it will not work at all or will not work properly.
