Hello everyone. Could you help me understand how cookie keeper works?
I’ve read the documentation on the site and watched the manual video. As i understood cookie keeper can restore erased cookies only when if other cookies were not deleted.
What if I or a browser deletes all cookies? Will cookie keeper restore all cookies?
Cookie Keeper works on the basis of a master id, which is usually stored in a cookie that is set in such a way that it is not subject to ITP restrictions. Thus it can work and restore marketing and analytics cookies that are subject to ITP.
In case the user has deleted all cookies - Cookie Keeper will not work.

well, to be precise, if you have other persistent id (not cookie or local storage, but say a JS variable or a DOM element) then cookie purge would have no effect
