Hey there,
When I try to connect in Stape.do the Meta Datasource with the Facebook Login option it just goes in an endless loading but is not functioning.
Also, when I try to connect it via “Manual Connection” I am struggling to create an Access Token as this error is popping up. “Failed to generate an access token”. Facebook support is as always of no help.
Maybe anyone in this forum got an idea. I’d be very thankful.

I am able to select my business portfolio and my dataset but once this is selected it just shows this screen forever.
This often happens if you use adblocker. It just blocks requests to facebook.com, which is why it doesn’t work.
Deactivate adblocker while you set this up or try it in another browser/incognito.
Thanks for the hint, but I had turned adblocker off already. Though, I tested one time in incognito. Unfortunately the issue persist. I had to log newly into my Facebook account and then as before I can select my business account and dataset and then it just stops.
I’m a bit afraid it has smth to do with my Facebook account!?
It’s probably something on the account since it works entirely on the Meta side. Although Meta interfaces are unfortunately often glitchy, you can try after some time or if possible try using a different Meta account.
It is also a good idea to contact Meta support if nothing helps.
