I import both web and Server Containers, as well as the script in the BigCommerce site. But I only find checkout events in GTM data layer. No Purchase event in the data layer. Is there any solution for this?
Scripts and GTM container templates were created for Bigcommerce stores works for the stencil theme, and optimized one-page checkout. Most likely, your website is using another Bigcommerce theme or checkout.
