Missing tag option "GA4 Configuration" in GTM

There is no tag type named “GA4 Configuration” in my GTM.
Creating a new container didn´t help.

Hi Frankie,

Make sure you’re looking for it in WEB container, there is no GA4 Config tag on server containers.

Hi Franki,

Yes, the server container works together with the web container. You need to set up analytics on the web container and use the transport url to send data to the server container (points 11 in the guide).
By sending data from the web container directly to analytics it can be blocked by adblock or from iOS devices. By sending data to the server container and then to analytics it cannot be blocked.
