has anybody set up Microsoft Ads tracking according to the instruction?
There are no any errors, but offline conversions are not collected on Microsoft Ads.
I am happy to get any advice. Thank you

When you say no errors, what do you mean exactly? Bing returns 200 at all times, but you have to read through response body, there might be errors there. I suggest you enable logging on that tag and comb through that.
