I’m experiencing an issue with the event URL in my Facebook Pixel setup. I’m using the default configuration in Shopify along with the associated app, and everything else is set up correctly so far.
I’d like to incorporate the actual_url parameter to ensure the correct URL is passed in my Google Tag Manager (GTM) setup. Specifically, I’m using the Facebook Pixel tag from the “facebookarchive”. However, I haven’t been able to find a way to modify the event_url within this tag.
Do you have any solutions or recommendations? Perhaps there’s a specific property, variable, or workaround I can use? I’ve already tried the following options without success:
- page_location
- event_source_url
- url
Any guidance would be greatly appreciated!
