I want to pass userid field to custom dimension value in google analytics of User-ID View can you tell me how to do it in the right way
The below screenshot of the web container tell I do it in right way or its wrong
this can send userid to server container
but I do not how to pass this value from server container to google analytics User ID View
User ID will be passed to the server container automatically if it is set up inside the web UA tag with configured transport URL.
I know that userid will pass automatically to the server but how it will send from server to custom dimensions of google analytics view that is my question?
I passed the value in web container then how i deal to pass that value USER ID VIEW of google analytics from server side.
it will be passed automatically as well. Basically, gtm server works as a proxy in this situation.
