I created a new “server container”, pointing to our custom subdomain.
But our CTO told me that this redirects to a HTTPS address with no certification.
Is that correct or do I need an add-on?

Stape provides SSL certificates for free for all custom subdomains.
I checked your account and don’t see any issues with the SSL certificate for your custom domain.

Yes. That’s entirely correct.
That means no client on sGTM claimed your request, and your sGTM container is up and running.
Now you need to configure sGTM itself.
