How to Reduce Tracking Prevention (TP) Impact on GA4 Requests

Hi Stape team,

I’ve noticed a high percentage of GA4 requests impacted by Tracking Prevention (TP) — around 60–75% across key events like PageView, AddToCart, ViewItem, and BeginCheckout.

Could you please advise what can be implemented within Stape’s server-side tagging setup to reduce the TP impact?

My goal is to ensure more accurate GA4 tracking and minimize data loss caused by browser tracking prevention.

Thank you in advance for your support.

Best regards,
Mohammed

When you see Tracking Prevention requests in Stape analytics, that means how many requests that would’ve been affected by TP where in fact not, courtesy of your server-side setup. So you already did most of it

Your only potential upgrade, I believe, is going for the same-origin setup as described here: How to Use Same Origin Approach for Server GTM | Stape
