How much time or data do i need to begin to see results to get conversion?
my site get about 100 visits a day.
This is hardly a tracking issue, it all depends on your ads, users and what conversions you are tracking.
I recommend setting up a few intermediate conversions before the final one so that you have a better understanding of where your users are going from the ad.
For example, often in the case of ecommerce, in addition to purchase as the primary conversion, you also do secondary conversions like add to cart and begin checkout to see where users are going through your sales funnel from different campaigns.
