GA4 doesn't receive page_views, first_visit, session_start from sGTM

Hi there,

I’ve implemented GA4 via GTM server-side container. I can see all events in GTM Preview Mode (both GTM Web and GTM Server). However, when I publish the setup, GA4 doesn’t receive page_view, first_visit, and session_start events (automatic GA4 events).

Could anyone help to understand why it can happen?

Your screenshots don’t show what triggers you are using and their details. Can you show what triggers you are using?

Also, how did you determine that these events are not working?

And do you have any reason to specify user_id via some cookie? If you are not sure why - I would recommend removing that.
