GA4 and Meta Add_to_cart_stape tags are not firing

Hello everyone, in my Browser GTM preview mode, all the tags are firing as expected but the add_to_cart_stape event isn’t firing.

Can anyone help me with this?

Hi,

In the web GTM preview, make sure that the add_to_cart_stape or add_to_cart event is occurring, that the datalayer push is present for it, and that the event trigger is configured correctly.

Unfortunately, your screenshot doesn’t show whether this event is appearing in the preview.
