Hello, I set up the CAPIG from stape for one of my client, all done successfully with the custom domain, but i face some problems :
First, when I go to the event details, i see that event reach is at 0%, how to solve it and be near 75% as Facebook recommands?
Also when testing my events on facebook, i only see website events but not from server. (although looking at stape server i see that some events are sent) how to see them?

CAPI Gateway has no technical possibility to send server events to the test tool. To do this you need to specify test code, and Gateway does not have this feature.
The new metric that appeared a couple of days ago with event coverage is very often glitchy and shows incorrect information, so I wouldn’t pay attention to it for now.
In event manager you need to make sure that the number of server events is not less than the number of web events. If this is the case, everything is working correctly.
The Facebook Conversion API by Stape has an area to enter the test code.
But it doesn’t work in CAPI Gateway.
