Error 1014 - CNAME Cross-User Banned - Cloudflare

I have a problem with configure domain name system (DNS)
My new subdomain is mapi.sdacademy.pl and I have set CNAME for capig.stape.org
I use cloudflare but there is a conflict for this CNAME set:

Error 1014
