To provide additional information, my team would be able to update template.js and template permissions to support a new location for the file injection. However, we’d like to make sure that Stape allows https://cdn.stape.io/dtag/v5.js to be hosted elsewhere. Thank you.

Yes, you can change the URL and host this file on your own. Stape allows doing this.
