Difficulties with Signals Gateway Pixel

Hi everyone,

First post on this community forum! Thanks for taking the time to read me.

I’ve looked up many ways and troubleshooting page to configure correctly the Signals Gateway Pixel in order to send data to Meta.

I’ve done it into the Customer Event in Shopify, and through Google Tag Manager.

None seem to work.

I have it set up for a few accounts, but if you need one in order to verify and help me, I’d use https://cafebarista.ca/ or https://evivenutrition.ca/

Thanks for the details! Just a quick questions:

What exactly isn’t working, are no events reaching Meta at all, or are only some events missing?

So, basically, I’ve got 2 pipelines for a business: 2 sources, 1 destination.
1 source is the Meta Pixel, the other one is the Signals gateway pixel.
The destination is CAPI for both.

Signals Gateway Pixel doesn’t not collect any event at all.

Hi Mathieu,
It looks like the pixel itself isn’t being initialized correctly, so Signals Gateway can’t detect it. As a result, any events triggered before the pixel is successfully initialized won’t be sent to Signals Gateway. We recommend starting over from scratch and following the setup guide step by step.
