You need to add exceptions to your CORS rules so that it doesn’t interfere with the Data tag script.
This script is used for POST requests, it is not used for Get requests, so some events may work in your case.
Those CORS rules go into the htaccess ? Because I already used a code over with the same problems. I also use a BunnyCDN, would that need extra configuration over there?
Your developers should know how to add these implementations to CORS in your case.
If you are only using your CDN for the site and not for the sGTM container - this should not have any effect on this issue.

This article doesn’t describe anything additional, it just shows adding a subdomain on Cloudflare as an example (in case your DNS records are managed there).
