Data Tag developed for sending requests from GTM Web Container to GTM Server Side Container Data Client.

With the help of Data Tag, you can send any information from the Web Containers to the Server Containers.

It can automatically add to the request Common data and the current Data Layer.
Common data contains: page_location, page_hostname, page_referrer, page_title, page_encoding, screen_resolution, viewport_size.

It can also add consent state information (analytics_storage, ad_storage, ad_personalization etc.) read from Google Consent State; and common cookie values, such as Meta, TikTok, Snapchat, Linkedin, Pinterest, Awin etc.
