Correct configuration?

For a few days I have noticed a data discrepancy.

I realized that when I insert the parameter url_server_container on the google tag
the data arrives at SGTM but not at analytics debugView.

The event arrives but in analytics debugView I do not see it.
If I delete the parameter url_server_container it becomes visible again.

Is it okay if I only insert the container parameter inside the tags (pageview, add_to_cart. etc)??

I have another setup for another site but, I don’t have these problems.

The ‘server_container_url’ parameter is used to send data to the server container. So it looks like you used the wrong parameter name
