Container preview not loading

The container preview for https://crks.corekees.com/gtm/debug?id=GTM-MK98C6LT&gtm_auth=Kg4kLLUTxFe0ep9DiaojDA&gtm_preview=env-49&hl=nl is not loading. It has been up and running for months. The LinkedIn server events were stated inactive, so I wanted to check whether there is an issue.

What could be the cause?
