Hello Stape team,
Since yesterday, I’ve been experiencing a bug when I launch the preview of my GTM Web, whereas until now everything was working fine.
All of my clients with you are having this problem. Do you know what might be causing it?
I’ve done quite a few tests and concluded that there’s a problem with the custom loader or the server.
I’m using different cookie banners and have tested with and without them, but it doesn’t make any difference.
I also tried previewing several clients who have a server-side setup, and I still have the same problem.
Any ideas?
Even when I click on “Debug ‘live’ version,” nothing changes, regardless of the choice made. Tagassistant opens the page, my GTM container is mentioned as being in place, but it is not loaded.

I would like to add, however, that the sGTM preview works well and that events are transferred smoothly from the web to the server, so it’s pretty amazing what’s happening, isn’t it?
Have you ever encountered this?
