Automatic upload connections on Signals (and CAPI) Gateway

Hi,

I’m trying to add automatic event uploads through Signals Gateway or CAPI Gateway, but after creating the connection (AWS S3 or Google Cloud Storage) it won’t work and the connection is shown nowhere. Manual upload is working just fine.
I followed the guide here Upload Events - Gateway Products - Documentation - Meta for Developers but the this screen is never shown:

I also testet the permissions for the Google Cloud Storage bucket through gcloud CLI client (showed the bucket).

Does anyone else has the same problems?

Hi @Jan

Automatic event uploads for Signals Gateway / CAPI Gateway are configured entirely in Meta’s Gateway UI.
Stape only hosts Signals Gateway instance – it doesn’t create or display the AWS S3 / GCS connections anywhere in the Stape interface.
Manual uploads keep working because they bypass the automatic-upload feature. We advise you to contact Meta support regarding this case.

@Jan have you checked your file structure vs the documentation? Few examples of your kind of issue were related to column names
