Afternoon, I’ve submitted this as a support query as well. Anyone experiencing purchase_stape events not firing? All other stape ecommerce events firing correctly.

Can you please show a loom record or a screenshot where it will be visible that you don’t have purchase_stape working in data layer on thank you page?
I’ve encountered similar issues on stores running custom or heavily modified themes. I wasn’t able to resolve it directly through the Stape plugin but managed to solve it by implementing a custom data layer. If that’s an option for you, it might be worth exploring.
Stape app for Shopify is work based on Shopify Pixel API in the data layer part. I haven’t met a single shop where any checkout events don’t work. Perhaps you are not checking this in the sandbox but in the parent window?
