Agency account access

Hey guys,

how are you?

I’ve a partner that has an agency account;
they manage many clients through this agency account but I’ve to work only on few on them;

the questions are:

  • can I have access to their agency account as “collaborator”? (or something similar in order to do my job without knowing their account login credentials’)
  • what’s the process to be added as collaborator on their agency account?
  • can I have access just to the few clients that I have to work on?

these questions are due to some limitations and DNA agreement they have with their client;

Hey @giovanni_fabbrocino,

Yes, you can add access to the agency/partner account for other users:

But access will be to all containers, it is not possible to restrict access to specific containers only.

Perhaps in your case the option of direct access sharing between accounts is more suitable: https://help.stape.io/hc/en-us/articles/6081154356381-Share-access.
