Add X-Geo-CountryName to GEO headers

Currently, the GEO headers power-up provide only the country code, which is very useful. For some of our use cases, however, it would also be helpful to receive the English country name directly in the response. Since the country’s full name is also available in GeoLite2 database (which is the foundation of this power up), my suggestion would be to include this via an additional header, e.g. X-Geo-CountryName.

This would simplify our implementation and reduce the need for additional mapping and an additional database on our side.

I noticed that other feature requests with fewer votes on this portal have been implemented, which led me to wonder whether the portal is still actively monitored.
