Anyone else experiencing that the “add_to_cart_stape” event is not firing on Shopify?
I have one domain where this event doesn’t trigger where other stape events (view item list, view item) work perfectly fine leading up to it. I have checked other domains and there all stape events work as intended.
Is there something I have missed with this particular setup?
This must be a store-specific behaviour, can you share the store URL?
When I add to cart, I am immediately redirected to checkout. There isn’t time/place for ATC to fire.
There’s more data needed here, so a scrnishot can’t identify a potential problem.
Do you have other events and tags working (view item for example)?
Do you use any third party plugins to build product pages? Like Zipify or something similar?
Is this behaviour on all products or just some?
Can you provide a link to a site where you see this problem?
