Active Campagin server side tracking custom filed data issue

How can I send the custom filed into the Active Campagin? I am trying to send a custom field it is not working. Can you please help me with that.

The Field ID can be obtained either through ActiveCampaign UI or the API:

Note: you must pass the numeric ID of the field, not the field name.
